Shipping
At Husqvarna, we know time matters for irrigation projects. We work to process and ship professional landscape and Ag product orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
During peak season (April–July), major sale periods, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier.
Shipping Options & Restrictions
We currently offer the following shipping method:
• FedEx Ground (only shipping option available)
Additional restrictions:
• No expedited shipping options are available
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• U.S. shipping only (contiguous United States)
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are:
• Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions
• Charged at carrier list rates with no markup or handling fees
• Typical range: $16.84 minimum to approximately $400 maximum, depending on order size and destination
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $1,500 within the contiguous United States.
(This follows the original Hydro-Rain PPD-1500 free-shipping policy used when the site was established.)
Free shipping may exclude certain oversized or heavy items, including:
• Long lengths of pipe or tubing
• Large items such as valve boxes
• Heavy products such as pumps or brass backflow prevention devices
When free shipping is applied, Husqvarna reserves the right to select the packaging and shipment configuration necessary to complete delivery via FedEx Ground.
Products that are not eligible for free shipping will be identified on their product pages and during checkout. We reserve the right to modify eligibility and restrictions at any time.
Orders Over $1,500
Orders over $1,500 that consist primarily of underground components (such as fittings, couplings, and valves) may require additional handling to ensure accuracy.
Most of these orders ship within the standard fulfillment window, but in some cases additional processing time may be required.
These orders may be subject to:
• A 20% restocking (service) fee for returns
• Return shipping charges
All returned products are inspected before refunds are issued. Refund eligibility is determined after inspection.
Order Tracking
All orders ship with tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check spam or junk folders.

If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your shipment.
Shipping Changes
Husqvarna reserves the right to adjust packaging, shipment configuration, or carrier handling requirements as necessary to complete delivery via FedEx Ground.
